Austin is one of the fastest-growing cities in America — and it is full of young people searching for identity, community, and purpose. Shoreline Church has been a spiritual home in this city for over three decades.
We are at an inflection point. Our Next Gen ministries — spanning Children's (Pipeline), Middle School (Midway), High School, and Young Adults — are growing across two campuses and online. We are not looking for someone to maintain what exists. We are looking for a proven leader who will build something meaningful: moving young people from Sunday attendance into deep discipleship, active community, and missional living.
