Know God

Rooted in authentic faith and Scripture, we pursue deep personal relationship with Jesus — not just religion.

02

Find Life

We believe life is found in vibrant community, grace-filled truth, and a God who loves every person deeply.

03

Make a Difference

Faith without action is incomplete. We're built to serve Austin, Texas, and the world.

The Opportunity

The right moment.
The right city.
The right church.

Austin is one of the fastest-growing cities in America — and it is full of young people searching for identity, community, and purpose. Shoreline Church has been a spiritual home in this city for over three decades.

We are at an inflection point. Our Next Gen ministries — spanning Children's (Pipeline), Middle School (Midway), High School, and Young Adults — are growing across two campuses and online. We are not looking for someone to maintain what exists. We are looking for a proven leader who will build something meaningful: moving young people from Sunday attendance into deep discipleship, active community, and missional living.

This is a meaningful opportunity at a healthy, multi-site church in one of the most dynamic cities in the country. If you are a builder who leads with soul and is passionate about the next generation encountering Jesus — we'd love to start a conversation.
